Working at ChemDiv, Inc and Avineuro Pharmaceuticals, she has held positions of increasing responsibility including Marketing Manager, and Director of Business Development. Mrs. Ivachtchenko studied International Business Relationship at Moscow State University (Moscow,Russia), Law and Public Relations at University of Central Lancashire (Preston, UK) and has a BA in Marketing and a MBA from the University of San Diego and National University (San Diego, USA).
