VASILY KAZEY

Director of Translational Research

Vasily Kazey has 7 years of industrial experience in drug discovery. Last 6 years Vasily Kazey held positions of increasing responsibility at Chemical Diversity Research Institute (CDRI,
ChemDiv R&D facility). Dr. Kazey oversaw major research collaborations, providing integrated pre-clinical solutions to Eli Lilly, Merck-Serono, Nerviano Medical Sciences, Orion Pharma and many others. In September 2008 Dr. Kazey headed translational research department of CDRI where he supervised transition of 6 advanced clinical candidated into first-in-man and proof-of-concept studies in CNS and antiviral therapeutic areas.

Vasily Kazey graduated from Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia) and accomplished his Ph.D. thesis in Justus-Liebig University (Giessen, Germany).
